Libertyville Coffee Company is the only roaster I have found that has more than 1 or 2 varieties of decaf coffee. I have tried quite a number of them and they are all fantastic! Don't be afraid to mix and match too. Brian once gave me a suggestion of mixing half of one variety and half of another, and boy was he right! I don't keep going back just because they have so many varieties of decaf, I go back for the incredible coffee!

This is the finest fresh roasted coffee that I have ever had. I use it for espresso, Americano and drip coffee (in a refillable pod). You will love it.
We ordered Tanzania Peaberry for by brother's 50th birthday and it was a hit! Brian's team helped make custom labels to celebrate this occasion, and the labels came out stellar! We ordered a case of the small coffees for every party goe to take home as a party favor. Everyone was so excited to have a tasty (and functional) momento of my brother's milestone!

Just bought my first bag (Bali Blue Moon) directly at their Libertyville location - and I'm sold. Combine the fresh roast with top notch beans and there's no more buying at the supermarket. I'm headed back down for another purchase today. Can't wait to try another!

Always fantastic coffee, I stop in once or twice a week to enjoy a free cup and visit with the always-pleasant staff and keep a pound or two at home as well. Never had a cup I didn't enjoy, but the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and the Sumatra Mandheling are particular stand-outs.
I love this Coffee and the business. I go in probably once a month to the Libertyville coffee shop and have a conversation with Brian or one of the workers. They are so personable and it’s a great place to actually have a cup of coffee for free and sit down and read a book or do some work.
Had recently switched to using a French press after getting a bit bored with our Nespresso—and before that, a Keurig—since neither really allowed much flexibility in taste. I started with store-bought coffee, which was fine, but I wanted something better.
After discovering Libertyville Coffee, I stopped in and had a great conversation with Bryan, who really took the time to explain the process and make a recommendation. He suggested Bali Blue Moon based on my preference for darker roasts, and it’s been a fantastic choice—great flavor and exactly what I was looking for.
I’m still experimenting with grind size (using whole beans and grinding fresh) and ratios to dial in my perfect cup, but I’m getting close. My new "go-to" place and I’ll definitely be back for more! Ed
