I love this Coffee and the business. I go in probably once a month to the Libertyville coffee shop and have a conversation with Brian or one of the workers. They are so personable and it’s a great place to actually have a cup of coffee for free and sit down and read a book or do some work.
Had recently switched to using a French press after getting a bit bored with our Nespresso—and before that, a Keurig—since neither really allowed much flexibility in taste. I started with store-bought coffee, which was fine, but I wanted something better.
After discovering Libertyville Coffee, I stopped in and had a great conversation with Bryan, who really took the time to explain the process and make a recommendation. He suggested Bali Blue Moon based on my preference for darker roasts, and it’s been a fantastic choice—great flavor and exactly what I was looking for.
I’m still experimenting with grind size (using whole beans and grinding fresh) and ratios to dial in my perfect cup, but I’m getting close. My new "go-to" place and I’ll definitely be back for more! Ed
Wonderful company and happy they're in town. I drink decaf and they have several varieties using the Swiss water method. Delicious and fresh, thanks Brian!

I just got my 2 Lbs of this roast and it is delicious. I had been buying from another roaster and spending $25 for a pound. This coffee is just as good if not better for a much more affordable price. It's delivered too!. Nothing but praise for Libertyville Coffee Roasters.
