Three of us tried it this morning as we were in the shop yesterday. Instant dissolution, no negative impact to the taste of the coffee. We were surprised how easily it dissolved.

Always fantastic coffee, I stop in once or twice a week to enjoy a free cup and visit with the always-pleasant staff and keep a pound or two at home as well. Never had a cup I didn't enjoy, but the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and the Sumatra Mandheling are particular stand-outs.

I love this Coffee and the business. I go in probably once a month to the Libertyville coffee shop and have a conversation with Brian or one of the workers. They are so personable and it’s a great place to actually have a cup of coffee for free and sit down and read a book or do some work.

Had recently switched to using a French press after getting a bit bored with our Nespresso—and before that, a Keurig—since neither really allowed much flexibility in taste. I started with store-bought coffee, which was fine, but I wanted something better.

After discovering Libertyville Coffee, I stopped in and had a great conversation with Bryan, who really took the time to explain the process and make a recommendation. He suggested Bali Blue Moon based on my preference for darker roasts, and it’s been a fantastic choice—great flavor and exactly what I was looking for.

I’m still experimenting with grind size (using whole beans and grinding fresh) and ratios to dial in my perfect cup, but I’m getting close. My new "go-to" place and I’ll definitely be back for more! Ed
