    This light roast has an incredible aroma of brown sugar, rich nougat, and cocoa. The first sip has notes of juicy red fruit acidity and a creamy honey body to create a perfect balance.

    Our Colombia Supremo 17/18 is sourced from small- to medium-sized family-owned farms located within the city of Pereira in the department of Risaralda, Colombia. Coffee is cultivated on farms that average about 2.5 hectares in size. Producers pick and process coffee at their own micro-wet mills and then dry their own coffee, typically on elevated tables inside solar dryers that provide protection from the nearly continuous rainy season.

    Definitely my new favorite. I am extremely picky when it comes to my roast. It’s so hard to find a blonde that’s not too light or too dark and this one was just right on the spot! Simply perfect!

    Not fruity, not too acidic that leaves lasting an after taste, no additional flavors but true coffee taste.

    Smooth, soft, actually taste like coffee, smells like Colombian mornings.

    I have to wean off of caffeine for an upcoming surgery and I looove blonde roast coffee, it’s all I drink. Finding decaf blonde roast coffee is next to impossible, but I ran across this wonderful company and gave them a try and I’m so glad I did!
