Learn about the fine art and science of coffee! Enjoy a Saturday morning of coffee tasting and a roasting demonstration with the owner of the Libertyville Coffee Company. You and (up to) eleven additional friends will have fun learning about the art of coffee during this entertaining and interactive discussion and demonstration!

Here's how our morning will shape up:

- Everyone arrives, introductions, get some tea for the non-coffee-drinkers :)

- Evaluate a premium coffee at five different roast levels, paying particular attention to aromas, flavors, mouthfeel

- Head into the back of the roastery to roast a batch of coffee together, watching the coffee inside the roaster using LCC's CoffeeCam! We'll observe the colors, aromas and sounds as the coffee moves through the different stages of development.

Includes a 12 oz. bag of coffee to take home for each participant!

The fine print: Come ready to be caffeinated. Accompanying children will have unfettered access to jelly beans.
